Group Leader and deputy: Norma Masip & Maggie Silwood
Day  / Time / Frequency of Group Meeting: 13.00 hrs usually on the third Thursday of the month from October to June (none in December)
Location: We meet at different venues trying to alternate east and west restaurants to cover the Axarquia.
Group Size: from 10 to 30; individuals must RSVP

We encourage Members to remember that as a group we represent the U3A, hence respect and graciousness are expected.  In case of a possible conflict with the food or the staff, members are to alert the group leader and not cause a scene with the personnel or management. A monthly invitation detailing the venue is usually sent on the preceding month’s last week.  If interested, members must reply before the deadline.
About Norma: As an Activities Director in Hawaii, I spent 20 years traveling and dining out with groups of seniors. After retiring in Spain, I ran a B&B where memorable gatherings around meals were held. Chatting around a table with fragrant dishes is the best invitation for conversation and fellowship. 
About the Munch Bunch: In 2014, the U3A Munch Bunch was created to offer members an opportunity to interact with each other in a social and informal setting while enjoying good food.  This allowed individuals from different U3A activities to socialize with members from other groups. We try to vary the style of the cuisine by asking members for suggestions.
